6 Taliban Killed, Mullah Nooruddin Wounded In Herat

Herat (BNA) -  Six armed Taliban were killed in an operation of national army in Shindand district of Herat province.
Police In charge of Herat said to BNA, these Taliban were killed in Barmakan area of Shankdand district.

According to him, the national army forces previously got information that a group of armed Taliban wanted to attack on them, for this purpose they carried out the operation and inflected casualties to Taliban.

The bodies of Taliban were remained in the area, Mullah Nooruddin Taliban commander with two of his ring-leaders were fled from the area in injured condition, said the source.
According to the source, in this operation, the national army forces and civilians had no casualties.
